Billing policy

Pricing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and digital-service fulfillment.

EvidenceAtlas uses workspace-scoped billing. This page explains the self-serve Pro pricing, how access changes are trusted, and what customers should expect from digital delivery and support.

Current self-serve pricing

The current self-serve Pro plan is USD 5 per month or USD 50 per year for one workspace.

The app may show local-currency estimates for convenience, but Stripe Checkout charges in USD under the current billing configuration.

Digital-service fulfillment

EvidenceAtlas is a digital software service. There is no physical shipping, warehouse fulfillment, or mailed product.

Paid workspace access becomes trusted only after Stripe webhook reconciliation updates the server-managed billing mirror. Checkout return pages do not activate entitlements by themselves.

Renewals and cancellations

Monthly and annual plans renew on their respective cadence unless canceled through Stripe or another authorized billing-management path.

If a subscription is canceled, premium access can continue until the trusted current billing period ends. If billing becomes inactive or the period ends, the workspace falls back to the current free limits described in the app.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or a billing workflow failed, contact support before filing a dispute so the issue can be reviewed.
